KYIV, Feb 17 – Firefly Aerospace founder Max Polyakov has announced the sale of Noosphere Ventures' stake in Firefly Aerospace (Firefly) in the amount of 58% of shares to his partner and co-founder of the company.

"I am giving all my 58% shares of Firefly to my co-founder and partner Tom [Firefly CEO Thomas Marcusic] for $1. Dear CFIUS (US Foreign Investment Committee), the U.S. Air Force and 23 U.S. agencies that have betrayed me and condemn me in all their actions over the past 15 months. I hope you are happy now," Polyakov wrote on his Facebook page.
