BRUSSELS, Feb 7 – The European Union, along with the United States, will solve the problem of transatlantic energy security and help Ukraine ensure its security, EU diplomat Josep Borrell has said.

"While we seek to address the EU’s own energy and climate goals and enhance our resilience, we must do the same for Ukraine," he said on his blog on Sunday, February 6, before flying to Washington to chair the meeting of the EU-U.S. Energy Council together with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
