KYIV, Feb 4 – Ukraine may pay from UAH 1.5 billion to UAH 2.4 billion to holders of value recovery instruments (VRI) in 2023, as economic growth in 2021 may reach 3.2-3.3% of GDP, experts polled by Interfax-Ukraine have said, relying on data from the State Statistics Service on the growth of real GDP in October-December by 5.9%.
"With such indicators for the fourth quarter, the annual growth of the economy will be slightly more than 3.2% of GDP, and the owners of VRI will receive UAH 1.5 billion at the rate that will be in 2023," an analyst from the ICU investment group Mykhailo Demkiv told Interfax-Ukraine.
