KYIV, Feb 4 – American University Kyiv with a planned investment of $33 million has announced the operational start of work in Kyiv and plans to increase the number of students to 7,200 in 10 years.
"American education is the best in the world, as it happened. It will be a top, perhaps the best university in Ukraine... The plans are to train 3,800 students in 5 years, and 7,200 in 10 years," Roman Sheremeta, the rector of American University Kyiv, Ph.D. in Economics from Purdue University, who returned to Ukraine to lead the project, said.
