KYIV, Feb 3 – The average price per square meter of new housing as of February 1, 2022 in Kyiv increased to UAH 35,400 (up by UAH 400 over the previous month), in Lviv – to UAH 22,200 (by UAH 500), in Odesa – to UAH 23,900 (by UAH 900), according to the data of the LUN Misto urban research project.

At the same time, average prices in U.S. dollar terms show stability: in the Ukrainian capital, on February 1, they returned to the December data, $1,290/square meter, in Lviv and Odesa, the February prices duplicate the January ones – $800/square meter and $850/square meter respectively.
