KIEV, Oct. 30 ??“ Ihor Voronin, chairman of UkrGaz-Energo and deputy chairman of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, has denied reports that he owns part of the capital of RosUkrEnergo AG.

"I have been neither a founder nor stockholder in RosUkrEnergo. If politicians secure RosUkrEnergo stocks for me, I'm ready to transfer them to the state," Voronin told the press in Kiev.
