KYIV, Jan 13 – In 2021, some 731 MW of renewable energy sources (RES) capacities were installed in Ukraine, which received a feed-in tariff, while in 2020 this figure was almost twice as high – 1,337 MW, according to the calculations of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC).
According to the regulator, the total installed capacity of renewable energy facilities in Ukraine reached 8,451 MW as of the end of 2021.
