KYIV, Dec 28 – Coal reserves at thermal power plants (TPPs) of generating companies, thanks to systemic supplies, are starting to reach the level of guaranteed reserves, Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko has said.

"We see systemic coal supplies. At three plants, the balance of coal corresponds to guaranteed reserves, even slightly exceeds it," Haluschenko said during a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.

According to him, the systemic accumulation of coal is due to its supply by sea.
