KYIV, Dec 23 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny, despite its intentions to increase its own production, will be forced to import gas in the summer of 2022, for which it plans to issue Eurobonds probably in May, Board Chairman of the company Yuriy Vitrenko has said.

"We will still have to import gas this summer. This will require substantial financial resources, and Naftogaz plans, in particular, to issue eurobonds approximately in May next year," Vitrenko said at a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.
