KYIV, Dec 20 – A fund of funds for financing start-ups and a fund that will pay for half of the training of future IT-specialists will be created in Ukraine in 2022, Minister of Digital Information Mykhailo Fedorov has said at the gala event titled "Ukraine and the World Ahead 2022."

"Next year we are launching a fund that will pay 50% for training people in online companies, for so-called switches, people who want to change their profession," he said.
