KYIV, Dec 14 – The cost of housing in the primary market may increase by 10-15% in 2022 under favorable economic conditions and a significant increase in demand, Mykhailo Pidvysotsky, founder and managing partner of Concept Group, has said.
"Next spring, a significant increase in demand is expected in the primary housing market. However, more than 60-65% of demand in the primary market will be concentrated on one-, two-room apartments with an area of up to 60 square meters in objects of comfort and comfort + classes, which are characterized by high quality construction, as well as the creation of a full-fledged infrastructure complex. There are about a third of them in the market. Thus, two-thirds of demand will be concentrated on a third of supply, which will spur price increases by 10-15% in 2022," Pidvysotsky said.
