KYIV, Dec 6 – President of Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) Yevhen Dykhne does not share "general pessimism" regarding the creation of a national airline in Ukraine, but believes that the state will face the same problems as private companies.
"For several days now I have been reading the monitoring reports criticizing the president's idea of creating a national airline. I couldn't resist. I decided to speak out and be as equidistant from my position as CEO of UIA as much as possible. Spoiler – I don't share general pessimism," he wrote on his Facebook page on Friday.
