KYIV, Dec 3 – The agricultural exporter Nibulon topped the list of the largest recipients of budget value added tax (VAT) refunds in November 2021 – UAH 1.22 billion, while in October the company had no budget refund of this tax, according to data of the State Treasury Service.

According to the statistics, the three largest recipients of budget VAT refunds also included Mariupol-based Illich Iron and Steel Works affiliated with Metinvest Group – UAH 882 billion (UAH 558.6 million of budget VAT refunds in October) and the agricultural exporter Kernel-Trade – UAH 831.5 million (UAH 312 million).
