KYIV, Nov 23 – Westinghouse Electric of the U.S. will help Ukraine build two new nuclear power reactors before 2029 in a $10 billion contract signed with the state-owned Energoatom on Monday, the Ukrainian company reported.

The contract is part of $30-billion framework deal agreed earlier this year that calls for the U.S. company building up to five nuclear units in Ukraine.
