KYIV, Nov 19 – The winner of a privatization auction General Commerce LLC confirms plans to purchase First Kyiv Machine-Building Plant (previously the Bilshovyk plant), despite the delay at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), the Consortium of Investors told Interfax-Ukraine.

"The process of concluding a transaction for the sale of the enterprise continues. The company has not changed its plans. The stage of concluding the transaction remains within the procedures established by law," Olha Dzhelebova, representative of the consortium of investors, commented on the message of the AMCU that the General Commerce's application for obtaining a permit to acquire the joint-stock company was not considered.
