KIEV, Oct. 25 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko sought to assure Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov on Tuesday that Ukraine??™s accession to the World Trade Organization is not aimed against Russia, an official said Wednesday.

Yushchenko sought to allay strong fears in Moscow that Ukraine, after joining the WTO, would put forward additional trade and economic demands against Russia.
