KYIV, Nov 18 – The European Commission is ready to consult with Ukraine in the process of preparing its conclusion on the draft decision of the German Federal Network Agency Bundesnetzagentur on the certification of Nord Stream 2, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has said, citing European Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson on Thursday.

"Thus, Ukraine will become an active participant in the certification process, not only politically, but also legally," the Energy Ministry said, noting that the relevant agreements were reached during a meeting between Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko and European Commissioner Simson.
