KYIV, Nov 16 – Seven ships loaded with coal are on the way to Ukraine and are expected to arrive no later than next month to alleviate coal shortages in the country, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said Tuesday.

The message comes as the country’s coal stocks have plunged to record-low level of 378,000mt as of November 15, down from 479,300mt a week ago, according to the Energy Ministry.
