KYIV, Nov 15 – Germany’s energy regulator said Monday that Naftogaz and GTSOU, the two Ukrainian state-owned energy companies, will be included in the ongoing German certification procedures of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.

"The Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency) can confirm that it has invited Naftogaz and GTSOU to the certification process today," Reuters reported citing the regulator in a statement.
