KYIV, Nov 9 – Due to the aggravation of the pandemic in November, demand may decline by about 20% on the primary housing market in the largest cities of Ukraine, Yuriy Pita, President of the Association of Real Estate Specialists (Realtors) of Ukraine, has said.
"From the second half of September to October, inclusive, demand has already decreased by an average of 15-20%. In Kyiv and Odesa, the activity of investors has decreased by more than 15-17%, and in Lviv, Dnipro and Kharkiv, the decline in demand is about 20-22%," Pita said.
