KIEV, Oct. 24 - Ukraine and Russia have agreed to increase crude oil supplies to Ukrainian oil refineries, Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych said Tuesday after talks with his Russian counterpart Mikhail Fradkov.

???Today we agreed that we will create conditions to increase volumes of crude oil supplies to Ukrainian oil refineries,??? Yanukovych said after the meeting.
