KYIV, Nov 1 – Yuriy Vitrenko, head of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, believes the transfer of points of gas sale to European companies to the border with Ukraine will be evidence of Russia's refusal to manipulate gas flows in a bid to achieve political goals.
"How can we see that the Russian Federation has stopped doing this [manipulating flows]? When the points of gas transmission to European companies will be moved to the Ukraine-Russian border, when Gazprom will lose its de facto monopoly on gas export through pipelines, when gas exports from Central Asia will be unblocked," he wrote on his Facebook page.
