KYIV, Oct 26 – The state-owned Oschadbank (Kyiv) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) have signed a mandate letter on terms of future cooperation, the press service of the Ministry of Finance said.

According to the report, the signing of the mandate letter will allow the bank to raise a EBRD long-term financing in the form of a subordinated loan with the possibility of conversion into shares of the Oschadbank up to EUR 100 million.
