KYIV, Oct 19 – Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Minister Roman Abramovsky has submitted his resignation, head of the parliamentary faction Servant of the People David Arakhamia said.

"I saw that he [Abramovsky] had written a letter [of resignation]. I was just calling in on the chairman [of the Verkhovna Rada], and he was leaving," Arakhamia told reporters on Tuesday.
