KYIV, Oct 4 – Ukraine will continue to pursue relations with China, but will avoid cooperation in the military sector and communication technology, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.

"China is the number one trade partner. We need to develop relations and make friends with China, including for deterring Russia. But in relations with China, Ukraine will act as a European state and part of the Western political space," Kuleba said in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
