KYIV, Oct 1 - Local authorities have got the opportunity to buy gas for heating budgetary institutions in the coming heating season at a price of UAH 13.6/cubic meter (excluding VAT), Mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov has said.

"Some UAH 13.6/cubic meter excluding VAT, over UAH 16/cubic meters including VAT," Filatov said in a comment to Interfax-Ukraine on the sidelines of a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the president of Ukraine.
