KYIV, Sept 29 – It is possible to correct the legal conflict that arose during the voting for the bill on de-oligarchization by vetoing it by President Volodymyr Zelensky and returning the document to the Verkhovna Rada with the proposals of the head of state, Parliament Speaker Dmytro Razumkov said.
"This can be corrected as follows: it can either be the president's veto, the return [of the bill] to the Verkhovna Rada with proposals. Moreover, the president is the author of this bill. The law can be either signed, and after that it will be necessary to make changes to this law," Razumkov said on the air of the Nash TV channel on Tuesday evening.
