KYIV, Sept 27 – The Cabinet of Ministers has dismissed members of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy, who are representatives of the state, Yulia Kovaliv, Nataliya Boyko and Yulia Svyrydenko, following the resignation of independent directors in early September.

"The powers of all members of the supervisory board have been terminated, so now the shareholder (the government) and the new management will make all decisions important for the company," Kovaliv wrote on her Facebook page.
