KYIV, Sept 16 – In January-August, Ukrainian coke and chemical plants imported 6.14 million tons of run-of-mine coking coal and coal concentrate for coking, which is 4.5% less than in the same period last year.

According to the Ukrmetalurgprom association, the supply of Ukrainian coal mined for this period amounted to 2.49 million tons – 8.3% more than in the same period last year.
