WASHINGTON, Sept 1 - Ukraine’s nuclear power generating company Energoatom and Westinghouse Electric Company on Tuesday signed memorandum that calls for building and equipping five AP1,000 reactors in Ukraine worth $25 billion, Energoatom reported.
The memorandum was signed in the presence of President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, who is in Washington D.C. for a meeting with President Joe Biden scheduled on September 1.
