KYIV, Aug 31 - The Cabinet of Ministers included Turboatom, more than 75.22% of which belong to the state, to the list of objects of large privatization, while approving the joining of Electrotyazhmash Plant (both based in Kharkiv) after the corporatization of the state-owned enterprise.

According to government resolution No. 1005-r dated August 26, 2021, the State Property Fund (SPF) was instructed to carry out a set of measures and procedures related to the merger of Electrotyazhmash with Turboatom.
