KYIV, Aug 30 – The Cabinet of Ministers, by August 31, needs to elaborate the issue of creating a new Ukraine-EU hydrogen product pipeline and raising investments for the project implementation.

The relevant instruction is contained in the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) decision dated July 30, 2021, which was put into effect by presidential decree No.452 dated August 28 and released on the presidential website.
