KYIV, Aug 22 - Ukraine will seek to build a major oil reservoir facility at a Black Sea port that will hold the country’s strategic reserves of crude oil, Yuriy Vitrenko, the head of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, said Sunday.
The first phase of the project calls for building a reservoir with capacity of 120,000 metric tons, while the overall project will consist of four reservoirs that will hold 480,000mt of oil, Vitrenko said.
