KYIV, Aug 16 – Fitch Ratings has revised the outlooks on four state-owned Ukrainian banks to Positive from Stable and affirmed their Long-Term Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) (Long-Term Foreign-Currency and Long-Term Local-Currency) at 'B'. The affected banks are PrivatBank, Oschadbank, Ukreximbank, and Ukrgasbank.
Fitch said on Monday that the ProCredit Bank's Long-Term Local-Currency IDR affirmed at 'B+' and the Outlook was revised from Stable to Positive.
