KYIV, Aug 16 – Two former executives of a subsidiary of a Russian producer of nitrate mineral fertilizers were notified that they will be prosecuted for evading customs payments (Part 3 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), due to which the state budget received over UAH 1.3 billion less for the period 2016-2018, the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) reported on Thursday.

According to the press release, the suspects, by manipulating the classification of the types of fertilizers imported into Ukraine, avoided paying the antidumping duty.
