KYIV, Aug 11 – Land plots at a distance of up to 20 km from Kyiv in January-July 2021 rose in price by 15-18%, President of the Association of Realtors of Ukraine (ASNU) Yuriy Pita has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"More than 60% of the demand for land plots for development falls on plots with an area of 1,000-1,500 square meters with utility networks, as well as excellent recreational opportunities located near a lake, river or forest," Pita said.
According to the expert, the market of land for building is quite active: according to official data from the Ministry of Justice, the number of transactions with land plots in the second quarter of 2021 compared to the first quarter grew by more than 20%. In addition, the demand for land will continue to grow within 3-5% monthly.
