KYIV, Aug 10 – The state-controlled PrivatBank topped the list of banks actively lending low-interest subsidized loans to consumers this year, according to data released by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund.

PrivatBank’s portfolio of these loan is estimated at UAH 1.684 billion, the fund said. The loans are lent at 5-7-9%, which is extremely low interest rate, considering that consumer inflation has hit 10.2% in July.
