KYIV, Aug 9 – During the meeting between the presidents of Ukraine and the United States, Volodymyr Zelensky and Joe Biden, which will be held in Washington on August 30, three blocks of issues will be discussed: political, economic and security ones, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said.
"There will be three blocks of issues. The first one is political. We have had a strategic partnership with the United States since 2008. But, of course, everything has changed during this time. And this strategic partnership needs to be brought to a new level," Kuleba said in the program Real Politics with Yevhen Kyseliov on the Ukraine 24 TV channel on Sunday evening.
