KYIV, Aug 5 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny in the second half of this year will probably fall short of its natural gas production targets due to drawbacks in procurement processes, chief operating officer of the group Otto Waterlander said.
Waterlander estimated the shortfall at between 700 million cu m and 1 billion cu m.
"This year, unfortunately it has become more challenging to bring suppliers to our fields. We continue to rely on the ProZorro system but we observe more and more battles with the Antimonopoly Committee and failed tenders due to suppliers-collusion," he said on Facebook.
