KYIV, Aug 3 – Demand for rental housing in Ukraine this year has grown by 20-25% compared to last year, although it still does not reach its peak of 2019, President of the Association of Realtors of Ukraine (ASNU) Yuriy Pita said.

"During 2021, there is a slow pulling up of the rental costs to the indicators of the end of 2019. But this is happening without any tangible price spikes," he said.
