KYIV, July 23 – The corporatization of SOE Market Operator is one of the key issues in the integration of the Ukrainian and European markets, Head of the SOE Roman Sutchenko has said.

"We will get a form of corporate governance that meets the expectations of European operators, which we are to join after technical synchronization. We should prepare for market coupling. If we had stayed in the form of a SOE, we simply would not have done it," he said at the meeting with journalists in Kyiv on Thursday.
