KYIV, July 20 – The LandInvest online platform, which previously provided services for checking land plots through the State Land Cadastre, is preparing to launch a service to support turnkey land purchase and sale transactions, a representative of the company, Denys Pysarev, told Interfax-Ukraine during a discussion meeting in Kyiv region.

"We are preparing a fully automated platform that will aggregate and transfer the service to the shareholder, buyer and seller of land. It will be possible to check the location of the desired site and the associated judicial encumbrances in the State Land Cadastre and registries. Based on this, we calculate the price of the plot and fully accompany the sale and purchase transaction until the transfer of funds," he said.
