KYIV, July 19 - The Norwegian company Emergy (formerly NBT) plans to close a deal to raise financing for the first two phases of Zophia Wind Farm (Zaporizhia region) with an installed capacity of 337 MW by the end of July, Emergy Vice President Magnus Johansen has told reporters in Kyiv.
According to the data presented by him, the matter concerns a bond issue, the lead manager is J.P. Morgan, and the rating agency is Fitch.
The total investment in the project is estimated at EUR506 million.
