VILNIUS, July 9 – Improving the cybersecurity situation and increasing public confidence in electronic services are the main conditions necessary for the implementation of electronic elections in Ukraine, said Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov said.

"When Ukraine is in the TOP-10 in global cybersecurity indices, then we can move on to electronic elections," he said at the 4th Ukraine Reform Conference, which ended in Vilnius on Thursday.
