KYIV, July 8 – The price of apartments in the primary housing market by the end of 2021 may grow up to 25%, and in the secondary housing market - up to 12%, President of the Association of Realtors of Ukraine (ASNU) Yuriy Pita told Interfax-Ukraine.

According to ASNU analytics, in the first half of 2021, housing in the primary and secondary markets, depending on the region, increased in price by 15-18% and 7-10%, respectively, and by the end of 2021, the cost of apartments may increase by another 5-7% and by 3-5% on the "primary" and "secondary" markets.
