KYIV, July 7 – Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko took part in the ceremony of raising the Ukrainian flag at the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence in Vilnius on Wednesday, the press service of the department said.

"Raising the flag of Ukraine in the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence symbolizes the expansion of strategic cooperation between Ukraine and NATO," Haluschenko said.

He said that membership in the centre gave Ukraine access to the best world practices of NATO member countries.
