KIEV, Oct. 12 ??“ Kiev economic court, which suspended a tender for the rights to use radio frequencies in the 5470-5670 MHz frequency range for providing access to the broadband IEEE 802.16 (WiMAX) standard, has permitted the National Communication Regulatory Commission to hold a tender for two regional licenses for these frequencies.

NCRC press secretary Andriy Bobrovytsky told Interfax-Ukraine about the court's decision, which was received by the commission on Monday.
