KYIV, June 22 – The share of investment purchases of housing for the purpose of further resale or rent has reached 40% in the demand structure, Commercial Director at Intergal-Bud Anna Laievska said at the all-Ukrainian Construction Summit.

"The number of investment deals is growing, which provide for the purchase of an apartment at the initial phase of construction and its sale before commissioning or the purchase of an apartment for rent. Now such deals are about 40% in the demand structure versus previous 27-30%," she said.
