KYIV, June 7 – Ukraine's foreign exchange reserves fell 0.6% on the month to $27.84 billion as of June 1, after repayment of foreign and domestic debt obligations, the National Bank of Ukraine reported Monday.
"As of June 1, Ukraine's FX reserves, according to preliminary data, amounted to $27.84 billion (in equivalent). In May, they decreased 0.6% due to the repayment of external and internal obligations of the state, which were partially offset by foreign exchange earnings in favor of the government," the NBU said.
