KYIV, June 7 – Cherkasyoblenergo has connected a solar power plant LLC Clean Energy-2011 (Scatec Ukraine) with a capacity of 25 MW in Kamianka (Cherkasy region) to its power grids.

"As the operator of the distribution system, we guarantee the unhindered transfer of electricity from the solar plant to the Ukrainian power grid to our Norwegian investor, who will soon launch the next solar power plant in the region," Cherkasyoblenergo Board Chairman Oleh Samchuk said at the plant's opening ceremony on June 4.
